Hi, Iβm ππ§π’ππ, originally from Holland π³π±
I come from a farming and livestock trading background, which gave me a strong connection to the agricultural industry from an early age πΎπ
In Holland I spent many years working closely with farmers in calf rearing and youngstock management, gaining extensive practical experience and developing a strong understanding of how important it is to get things right from day one.
That experience and practical approach later formed the foundation for bringing this concept and way of working to the UK, where we have since been building the business here and developing a strong team π€
Today my role is a mix of working directly with farmers on farm, while also leading and supporting our team, sharing knowledge through training and guidance so we can continue improving the service we provide.
Although part of my role involves planning and organising, I still enjoy being out on farm the most. Wearing my wellies and standing in a calf pen is my favourite place to be π₯Ύπ
When Iβm not working, youβll usually find me back in Holland spending time with family and friends, or out walking with my dog Harry πΆ πΎ
And of courseβ¦ bringing stroopwafels πͺ back for my colleagues in England π
