For our subsidiary ๐๐ถ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ผ๐๐ถ๐, we are looking for an experienced Plant Manager to lead operations at our production facility in North Wales, United Kingdom.
Liprovit is part of a Dutch family-owned group with more than 100 years of experience in the agri and food sector, producing high-quality dairy-based nutrition ingredients for international markets.
We are looking for a hands-on leader who can take responsibility for daily plant operations and guide the production team towards high standards in efficiency, quality and food safety.

โก๏ธ Lead the daily operations of the production facility with a high level of responsibility and initiative
โก๏ธ Ensure production targets, quality standards and food safety requirements are consistently met
โก๏ธ Manage and develop production supervisors and operators ๐ฅ
โก๏ธ Oversee maintenance planning, cost control and continuous improvement โ๏ธ
โก๏ธ Coordinate closely with supply chain, QA, engineering and commercial teams ๐ค
โก๏ธ Maintain clear communication across departments to ensure smooth operations

โ๏ธ Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
โ๏ธ Experience in food, dairy or nutrition ingredient production
โ๏ธ Knowledge of food safety standards (BRC, HACCP, ISO)
โ๏ธ A hands-on mindset with the ability to lead a production team.
